Order Processing

Once you place your order, our team gets to work. Please allow 2 – 4 business days for us to process, pack, and prepare your items for their journey to you.

Estimated Delivery Windows

We partner with a network of global suppliers to bring you the best products at the best value. Shipping times can vary depending on your location. Here are our current estimates:

  • United Kingdom: 8 – 12 Business Days

  • United States: 10 – 14 Business Days

  • Europe & Australia: 10 – 20 Business Days

Please Note: These are estimated delivery times. Weekends, holidays, and unforeseen customs delays are not included in these estimates. While we strive to be as accurate as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Your patience and understanding mean the world to us.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package’s journey on our "Track Your Order" page. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to become active.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

EaseNesting is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand what, if any, additional charges may apply.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your information at checkout to ensure a smooth delivery.
