If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@easenesting.com within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a full refund or a free replacement, you must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.

We do not require you to return the item. We do not issue refunds for buyer's remorse or for lost/stolen packages confirmed as delivered.
